Also, pissed off about the Pope. Couldn't give a monkey's about him as a spritual leader, and you can't expect a great deal out of the guy on top of a dogmatic hierarchy in any case, but his radical theological positions[1] will, reallio trulio, fuck up large parts of society in large parts of the world. Now somebody get me another bourbon.

[1] The Nicene Creed is conservative[2]. Papal infallibility fucking is not.

[2] But not sane. Why was there no-one who just stood up and said "Why are we trying to catch God in a net of little words?"[3]

[3] Because Constantine had already corrupted the church with temporal power, I guess. I wonder if there's a named heresy that takes Constantine as the antichrist?
