Not how I wished to spend Sunday evening

Wrist is sprained because I fell wrong.
I fell wrong because I had just bounced off a (very) slow-moving car, occupied by a pleasant enough elderly couple who didn't quite get the concept of "red light".
Minor bruising on opposite elbow, too. May take the wrist to the GP tomorrow, depending on how it feels, but on the whole if you must have a road accident this was the one to have. RICE!
