(no subject)

Today's moment of mild terror: realising I had no idea when the bread went into the oven and consequently no idea if it was done, overdone, or char.

Fortunately it turned out to be fine, and is currently getting another 5 minutes at a lower temperature.

...by god, it's an action-filled life I lead.
