Feb. 3rd, 2010 10:16 pmFun things some of my old schoolfriends are up to:
One is a mother. (In fact a fair old few are parents by now.) She's 30, and has four kids. Let me repeat that, four kids, 30 years old.
That's, what, a minimum of ten years of changing nappies?
I'm sure she is very happy and very fulfilled, and I'm sure she's raising smart and cute and well-loved children, but I am equally sure that there is no way I can understand her choices.
One has just joined the TA. Parachute regiment.
...ahahahahah. Yeah, not something I feel any great urge to emulate. I do feel slightly concerned for the paras, though.
