- Michel Cluizel Noir de Cacao (72%) - plain dark chocolate and tastes... leathery and faintly absurd, like fruitbats look.
- Vosges Haut-Chocolat Oaxaca Bar (75%) - Tanzanian chocolate with guajillo and pasilla chillies. Relatively subdued approach, quite an unforgiving steely scent, and then we're into the chillies and some pleasant citrus notes come through on the back of that. Long, slow-burning aftertaste.
- Rococo Plus Noir que Noir (100%) - I can give it up any time I like.
- Rococo Cardamom (65%) - tastes of freshly ground green cardamom, supported by an smooth and sweet chocolate. Very floral with it.
- Rococo Violet (65%) - Violets. Very strange - the violet is almost all scent and hardly any flavour, and dies away in the back of the nose.
- Green & Blacks Espresso (67%); Green & Blacks Cook's Chocolate (72%); Green & Blacks Dark Chocolate (70%) - the old standbys, and still good.
