OK, that's weird. There is a current member of (the UK) parliament who just won the Diplomacy championship at a board-gaming convention in the USA. I'm just sitting here, my head swinging from side to side, going "Cons... sitting MP... cons... sitting MP... reboot..." (Not my MP, but I'm still on his email list from when he was. Turns out he also wrote some books about gaming back in the 1980s. Huh.)
